Cafe Policies

BOOKINGS
  • No deposits are taken before hand. 
  • For tables of 6 people and above The Garden of Easton will ask for bank card details through a confirmation email. In case of a No Show or a Cancellation within 11 hrs. before the booking, we will charge £10 per person.
  • We won't store any card details after the booking is due.
  • If you no longer require your booking please cancel (minimum 12 hours before your booking) using the link sent in your original confirmation email or call us on 01179510100 so we can give your table to another guest.
  • If you miss your booking  without cancelling, we will assume this is a "No Show" and ResDiary system will automatically charge you £10 per person. To see the policies about Personal Data and Card Data saved in ResDiary, please follow this link: https://sales.resdiary.com/terms-conditions/
  • Bookings are only from 5:30 pm to 9:00 pm. During the day it is walk-ins only.
  • All table bookings will be held for no more than 15 minutes in busy periods.
  • All bookings last 2 hrs only.
  • You can specify any ‘Special Request’ in the booking notes, this includes if you have an allergy or intolerance, or if you need a highchair or space for a pram. Although please note that in some locations we may need to ask you to leave your pram elsewhere in the restaurant to ensure clear floor access for our team, other guests and in case of emergency (we will always do our best to help).
PAYMENTS
  • Any charge due can only be processed to the card originally used to book the table. This will be done on the next day of the "No Show" booking.
  • We only accept Card Payments.
